Bye-bye my friends

Dear fellow bloggers,

It’s my deepest sorrow to annouce  that I will not be able to blog here anymore. I can’t explain enough how much I enjoy the discussion here and how much I look forward to reading countless interesting blogs.

The blogsite has had a great impact on my life but it is time to say goodbye to all friends. I have to take good care of myself and refrain from any kind of blogging activity that may affect me - mentally and physically.

My departure may benefit this community considering some bloggers including my brother GG who recently expressed his frustration over the flood of blogs from  the Nation staff.  I just can't defend myself: What can I do? I can’t lie and whatever I blog, i will still be branded as staff of The Nation. Leaving the blogsite is a pain and I won't be able to receive interesting information on various issues. I'll miss many good movie reviews especially from my favourite blogger Wonderwoman. I will miss the witty remarks from the like of Catch and GG.  And I'll miss many information on how bad Thailand is.

Well, that is all from me. I hope everyone stays and enjoys blogging.

Wisekwai's OK you can engage him sometimes.
K. Veen is the only person that will 'get involved' and speak 'from the heart' and if she can't answer a difficult question she will disappear for a couple of days and come back with an answer - a person who genuinely wants to 'engage' truthfully.
Windy's Ok, but she's a bit 'little girlie' and needs to show more adult side - not someone who really likes to get involved especially if there's confrontation. However, you can stand toe to toe and go 15 rounds with Veen on any topic.

Yabua - How dare you!!!

If you care to do some searching instead of just spouting your mouth off and relying on the material you have read since you came here, instead of knowing what has gone on in the past - you would know that I have frequently said '"there are some very good people at The Nation and they know who they are". It wasn't protocol at the time to mention individuals and I'm sure K. Veen or anyone else wouldn't have liked me to mention her by name, but now she has made a public statement I felt I needed to comment. I am critical of a lot of Nation staff with good reason; Yoon is a boring coward who won't come into blogs to chat his case, Thanong is OK in his field but won't venture outside his own blog. Windy et al make comments akin to schoolgirls and Veen has been the only member of The Nation to go into blogs and get involved. Surely, if you read my reply to K. Veen properly you would realise that I have great respect for her, so please keep your mouth shut until you know the facts and I don't want an argument it K. Veen's blog, she's better than that - but once again I say; 'How dare you!!!!'

Veen - I don't think anyone would tar you with the same brush as some other nation staff - you are a cut above them. I have always said there are 'good' people at The Nation without mentioning whom.
Well, now I'm going to say it - Veen, I have known you and corresponded with you for quite a while now. I know that you are an honest, intelligent and fair person with a great sense of humour - a person who is able to look at things objectively and see both sides.
No matter that the Premier League team you support isn't doing that well - I admire the way you watch the late matches whilst I'm falling asleep watching them.
Your daughter and Mocha are lucky people (can I call Mocha people)?
I'm sad to hear you arenot able to comment here anymore and your reasons are private. Just make sure you keep in touch every now and then to compare PL games.
