What an earth-shaking research for Thai men!

Here is the finding:

"A recent global sex survey found that 70 per cent of " Thai women cannot achieve orgasm. Others reach orgasm through masturbation or having sex with another woman, while 79 per cent of Thai men climax during sex, according to research by condom manufacturer Durex."

Following the release today, the newsroom was erupting with comments. It seems to hurt the male ego so hard that they can’t afford not to voice their comments.

Here are some comments I can gather from the newsroom. You can share your thought with me.

For privacy reason, I shall not call them by their work definition.

Editor One: This poll makes men look like Derby County while ignoring the fact that some of them could be like Arsenal in the season where they didn’t lose a single match.

Editor Two: I’m not worried much about women. I’m worried about myself!!!

Editor Three: It's so embarrasing for mankind.

Military news expert: Thai women surely have ability to reach organsm. It must be the case that a woman meets a wrong guy.

Political news writer: I doubt the research methodology. Who are the respondents in the survey?

Webeditor: It's about time Thai men adapt the Democrat Party's slogan: "People come First" to solve this problem.

ความอับจนของ “ลัทธิเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง”

ทุกวันนี้คนไทยถูกเป่าหูด้วยเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงทุกวัน เหมือนกับว่าเป็นทางออกสำหรับประเทศไทย มันคืออะไร? นำมาใช้อย่างไร? ต่างจากนโยบายเศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาลทักษิณอย่างไร? ทำไมทหารเผด็จการ คมช. นำมาบรรจุในรัฐธรรมนูญปี ๕๐? ทำไมรัฐบาลไทยอ้างว่าเป็นแนวคิดใหม่ที่จะนำไปสอนชาวโลกได้??? แล้วทำไมมีคนโจมตีแนวคิดนี้อย่างรุนแรงในวารสารเศรษฐศาสตร์ต่างประเทศ?
ผมขออ้างอิงคำพูดของคนขับรถแทคซี่คนหนึ่งในกรุงเทพฯ เพราะคนขับคนนี้สะท้อนความคิดของคนส่วนใหญ่ เขาบอกผมว่า "สำหรับคนข้างบนเขาพูดง่าย เรื่องพอเพียง ไปไหนก็มีคนโยนเงินให้เป็นกระสอบ แต่พวกเราต้องเลี้ยงครอบครัว จ่ายค่าเทอม เราไม่เคยพอ” ในแง่นี้จะเห็นว่าคนจนไม่น้อยมองว่าเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นคำพูดของคนชั้นบน เพื่อให้เรารู้จัก “พอ” (ไม่ขอเพิ่ม) ท่ามกลางความยากจน และเป็นคำพูดของคนที่ไม่เคยพอเพียงแบบคนจนเลยอีกด้วย ... บทความของอาจารย์ พอพันธ์ อุยยานนท์ (๒๕๔๙ สำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์กับบทบาทการลงทุนทางธุรกิจ ใน ผาสุก พงษ์ไพจิตร (บรรณาธิการ) “การต่อสู้ของทุนไทย” สำนักพิมพ์มติชน) แสดงให้เห็นว่าธุรกิจสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์มีการลงทุนกว่า 45 พันล้านบาท ไม่น่าจะเรียบง่ายอะไร ...แล้วพอเรามาดูค่าใช้จ่ายของวังต่างๆ ยิ่งเห็นชัด
ดังนั้น เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นลัทธิล้าหลังของคนชั้นสูงเพื่อสกัดกั้นการกระจายรายได้และสกัดกั้นการสร้างความเป็นธรรมในสังคม เป็นลัทธิเพื่อปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของคนที่รวยที่สุด และที่น่าปลื้มคือคนจนทั่วประเทศเข้าใจประเด็นนี้ ในขณะที่นักวิชาการและคนชั้นกลางยังหลงใหลกับลัทธิพอเพียงอยู่
สำหรับพระราชวัง ความพอเพียงหมายถึงการมีหลายๆ วัง และบริษัททุนนิยมขนาดใหญ่เช่นธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ สำหรับทหารเผด็จการความพอเพียงหมายถึงเงินเดือนสูงจากหลายแหล่ง และสำหรับเกษตรกรยากจนหมายถึงการเลี้ยงชีพด้วยความยากลำบากโดยไม่มีการลงทุนในระบบเกษตรสมัยใหม่
ขบวนการเอ็นจีโอ โดยเฉพาะสาย “ชุมชน” (ดูงาน อ.ฉัตรทิพย์ นาถสุภา) จะคิดกันว่าแนว “พอเพียง” สอดคล้องกับสิ่งที่เขาเสนอมานานเรื่องการปกป้องรักษาชุมชนให้อยู่รอดได้ท่ามกลางพายุของทุนนิยมโลกาภิวัตน์ แนวคิดชุมชนแบบนี้มองว่าเราควรหันหลังให้รัฐ ไม่สนใจตลาดทุนนิยมมากเกินไป พยายามสร้างความมั่นคงของชุมชนผ่านการพึ่งตนเอง ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนแบบมีน้ำใจและความเป็นธรรม หรือปฏิเสธบริโภคนิยม มันเพ้อฝัน หมดยุค(ถ้าเคยมียุค) แต่เขาหวังดี ไม่เหมือนพวกที่เสนอลัทธิพอเพียง
หลังรัฐประหาร 19 กันยา มีการนำ “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” ของพระราชวัง มาเป็นนโยบายเศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาล มรว. ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล รัฐมนตรีคลังคนแรกของ คมช. ในวันที่ 2 พ.ย. 49 อธิบายว่า... “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงหมายถึงอย่าขยายเกินกำลังทุนที่มี.... ให้พอดี... ไม่เกินตัว... เป็นแนวเศรษฐศาสตร์พุทธ.... ต้องมีการออม... การลดหนี้ครอบครัว..เป็นแนวสู่การพัฒนาแบบยั่งยืน” แต่พอเราอ่านรายละเอียดแล้วพยายามสรุป มันมีสาระเพียงว่า “อย่าทำให้พัง ล้มละลาย” แค่นั้น หรือ “ใครรวยจ่ายมากได้ ใครจนต้องจ่ายน้อย” เด็กอายุ4 ขวบคงคิดแบบนี้ได้ ไม่ต้องมีสมองใหญ่โต
ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล เสนออีกว่า “รัฐบาลให้ความสำคัญแก่เป้าหมายในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ.....การรักษาวินัยการเงินการคลังของภาครัฐ” “การใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับระบบเศรษฐกิจตลาดเสรีทำได้” และเราก็เห็นว่ารัฐบาล คมช. ผลักดันนโยบายเสรีนิยมสุดขั้วของกลุ่มทุนมากกว่าไทยรักไทยเสียอีก เช่นการนำมหาวิทยาลัยออกนอกระบบ การตัดงบประมาณสาธารณสุข การเพิ่มงบประมาณทหาร การผลักดัน FTA (สัญญาค้าเสรี) กับญี่ปุ่น หรือการเดินหน้าแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจรถไฟและไฟฟ้าเป็นต้น ในกรณีไทยรักไทย เขาทำนโยบายเสรีนิยมทั้งหมดดังกล่าวด้วย แต่คานมันโดยใช้นโยบายการเพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายรัฐ (แบบเคนส์) ในเรื่องกองทุนหมู่บ้าน หรือสาธารณูปโภค หรือ30บาทรักษาทุกโรค พูดง่ายๆ ไทยรักไทย ใช้นโยบายเศรษฐกิจคู่ขนาน ทั้งตลาดเสรีและรัฐนิยมพร้อมกัน
เราต้องฟันธงว่าลัทธิเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไม่มีเจตนาที่จะลดอำนาจกลุ่มทุนและอิทธิพลคนรวยแต่อย่างใด ตรงกันข้ามมันเป็นคำพูดที่พยายามหล่อลื้นการหันไปสนับสนุนตลาดเสรีของนายทุนใหญ่อย่างสุดขั้ว และรัฐธรรมนูญ คมช. ปี ๕๐ ก็ยืนยันสิ่งนี้
แล้วสาระของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีมากกว่านี้ไหม? เราถือว่าเป็นทฤษฏีเศรษฐกิจได้ไหม? วารสาร The Economist เขียนไว้ว่ามันเป็นความคิดเศรษฐศาสตร์ที่เหลวไหลเพ้อฝัน เพียงแต่ “ประทับตราราชวัง” เท่านั้น
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไม่เอ่ยอะไรที่เป็นรูปธรรมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องสำคัญๆ เช่นการใช้รัฐหรือการเน้นตลาดในการบริหารเศรษฐกิจ หรือวิธีกระจายรายได้ของประเทศ และไม่พูดถึงสวัสดิการหรือรัฐสวัสดิการเลย ในเรื่องวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจมีแต่จะเสนอให้คนจนไป “ยากจนแต่ยิ้ม” กับญาติในชนบท

ในที่สุดสิ่งที่จะสร้างความยั่งยืนและความพอเพียงแท้กับคนส่วนใหญ่คือการสร้างระบบรัฐสวัสดิการ และต่อจากนั้นต้องเดินหน้าสู่ “สังคมนิยม” ที่ยกเลิกการใช้กลไกตลาดในการแจกจ่ายผลผลิต หันมาใช้การวางแผนโดยชุมชนและประชาชนในลักษณะประชาธิปไตย และนำระบบการผลิตมาเป็นของกลาง บริหารโดยประชาชนเอง ซึ่งหมายความว่าต้องยกเลิกระบบชนชั้นที่บางคนรวยและควบคุมทุกอย่าง ในขณะที่คนส่วนใหญ่ยากจนและเป็นเพียงลูกจ้างหรือเกษตรกรยากจน

สรุปแล้วเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นลัทธิของคนชั้นบนที่รวยที่สุดในสังคม เพื่อกล่อมเกลาให้คนส่วนใหญ่ก้มหัวยอมรับสภาพความยากจน มันเป็นลัทธิของพวกที่ยังเชื่อว่าไทยเป็นทาส ไทยเป็นไพร่ และที่สำคัญ พวกนี้พยายามใช้กฎหมายหมิ่นฯและการปกปิดเสรีภาพ เพื่อไม่ให้เราวิจารณ์ลัทธิที่อับจนอันนี้

แต่ผมเชื่อว่าคนส่วนใหญ่ไม่โง่ หูตาสว่างแล้ว เข้าใจเรื่องนี้ได้ดี... และนั้นคือสิ่งที่พวกข้างบนกลัวที่สุด!

ถ้าเราไม่สามารถใช้ลัทธิเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้ ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน เราจะมีข้อเสนออะไร?
ผมคิดว่าข้อเสนอของ องค์กรเลี้ยวซ้าย มีประโยชน์ จึงขอส่งมาให้ดูด้วย.... จาก www.pcpthai.org

(2) ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจนี้ กรรมกรและนักสังคมนิยมต้องมีจุดยืนแบบไหน?
ข้อเสนอขององค์กรเลี้ยวซ้าย
ถึงเวลาแล้วที่นักสหภาพแรงงาน และนักเคลื่อนไหวทั่วไป ต้องตื่นตัวกับปัญหาอันใหญ่หลวงที่มาจากวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจโลก เราต้องหยุดพูดถึงการปลดคนงานว่าเป็น “แค่การฉวยโอกาสของนายจ้าง” หยุดพูดกันได้แล้วว่ามาตรการสำหรับคนตกงานควรจะเป็น “การฝึกฝีมือ” เพราะจะไปฝึกทำอะไร ในเมื่อไม่มีงานทำ?

สิ่งที่รัฐบาลต้องทำคือ
• เร่งกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจภายในด้วยโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ และการลงทุนในระบบการศึกษาและโรงพยาบาล
• เร่งกระตุ้นกำลังซื้อภายในประเทศ ด้วยการเพิ่มรายได้ให้คนจน โดยการยกเลิกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และเพิ่มอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำให้ถึงวันละ 300 บาท ... เงิน 2000 บาทที่รัฐบาลจะให้บางคนเป็นเรื่องดี แต่ไม่เพียงพอที่จะช่วยคนจนและกระตุ้นกำลังซื้อ
• รีบระดมรายได้เข้ารัฐจากการเพิ่มภาษีรายได้ และภาษีทรัพย์สินฯลฯกับคนรวย ซึ่งควรจะเสียสละเพื่อปกป้องเศรษฐกิจชาติ
• ถ้ารัฐช่วยเหลือบริษัทเอกชนด้วยเงินของเรา รัฐต้องมีเงื่อนไขว่าบริษัทเหล่านั้นจะต้องไม่เลิกจ้างคนงาน
• รัฐต้องขยายสวัสดิการตกงานให้ครอบคลุมทุกคนที่ตกงานโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข และขยายเวลาออกไปให้เขาได้รับเงินสองปี

ทำไมมันเป็นวิกฤตจริงในไทย
ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจของระบบทุนนิยมโลกปัจจุบัน ผลกระทบที่เริ่มเห็นในประเทศไทยมาจากการที่ตลาดส่งออกสินค้าไทยหดตัวลงทั่วโลกอย่างน่าใจหาย เพราะเศรษฐกิจอเมริกา ยุโรป ญี่ปุ่น และแม้แต่จีนหดตัวและอยู่ในสภาพวิกฤต นอกจากนี้บริษัทข้ามชาติที่ลงทุนสร้างโรงงานในไทย มีปัญหาทางด้านการเงิน จนมีการลดหรือยกเลิกการลงทุน โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และอีเลคโทรนิคซ์ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อไปเป็นลูกโซ่ต่อบริษัทเล็กๆ ที่เกี่ยวพันธ์กัน ลองคิดดูซิ บริษัทข้ามชาติใหญ่ๆ ในอเมริกาและญี่ปุ่นถึงขั้นล้มละลาย ระบบธนาคารถึงขั้นที่รัฐบาลตะวันตกจะเข้าไปยึดเป็นของรัฐ พร้อมกันนั้นจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามาในประเทศและสร้างงานและรายได้ให้ชาติ ได้หดตัวลงอย่างน่าใจหายอีก เนื่องจากการกระทำของพันธมิตรฯ และการที่คนต่างประเทศไม่มีเงินมาเที่ยวเมืองไทย
สาเหตุของวิกฤตโลก
สาเหตุของวิกฤตทุนนิยมโลกรอบนี้มาจากการที่อัตรากำไรในระบบ มีแนวโน้มลดลงเสมอ อันเนื่องมาจากกลไกตลาดและการแข่งขันเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยการลงทุนในเครื่องจักร นี่คือสิ่งที่ คาร์ล มาร์คซ์ ค้นพบนานแล้ว และเขียนบรรยายไว้ในหนังสือ “ว่าด้วยทุน” ก่อนที่จะเกิดวิกฤตรอบนี้ รัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกาพยายามพยุงอัตรากำไรและเศรษฐกิจ ด้วยการปล่อยกู้ให้คนจน โดยที่การซื้อสินค้าของคนจนได้กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในระยะสั้น แต่ก่อให้เกิดหนี้เสียมหาศาลจนระบบธนาคารทั่วโลกพัง เมื่อระบบธนาคารพังบริษัทใหญ่ๆ กู้เงินไม่ได้ ก็มีการเลิกจ้างคนงาน ซึ่งทำให้เกิดวงจรอุบาทว์ของการหดตัวของเศรษฐกิจ วิกฤตโลกครั้งนี้พอๆ กับยุค ๒๔๗๕

ข้อสรุปสำคัญจากข้อมูลนี้คือ
• กลไกตลาดเสรีของทุนนิยมสร้างปัญหาเสมอ เราต้องใช้รัฐควบคุมตลาด และต้องสร้างรัฐสวัสดิการ
• ระบบทุนนิยมไม่สามารถเป็นหลักประกันความมั่นคงในชีวิตของประชาชนโลกได้ เราต้องสร้างสังคมนิยมในระยะยาว
• ในระยะสั้นรัฐบาลทุกประเทศต้องกระตุ้นตลาดภายในอย่างเร่งด่วน และต้องปกป้องคนจากการตกงาน

เมื่อเจ็ดสิบปีมาแล้ว นักเศรษฐศาสตร์ชื่อ จอห์น เมนาร์ด เคนส์ ได้อธิบายไปท่ามกลางวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจโลกค.ศ. 1930 ว่า การรักษาวินัยทางการคลังหรือการตัดงบประมาณ (สูตรที่พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ พันธมิตร และนักวิชาการเสรีนิยมท่องเหมือนนกแก้ว) จะนำไปสู่การหดตัวของเศรษฐกิจและวิกฤตที่ร้ายแรงขึ้นอีก เพราะมีการตกงาน คนตกงานซื้อสินค้าไม่ได้ ก็นำไปสู่คนตกงานมากขึ้น และความยากจนทั่วไป ดังนั้นสิ่งที่สำคัญคือรัฐบาลต้องเพิ่มกำลังซื้อของประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ ด้วยการสร้างงานและปกป้องไม่ให้คนตกงาน
การเพิ่มกำลังซื้อของประชาชนคนจนทำได้สองวิธีคือ หนึ่ง เพิ่มอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำให้ถึงวันละ 300 บาท พร้อมกับลดหรือยกเลิกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มที่คนจนต้องจ่าย ต้องเพิ่มเงินเดือนข้าราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจด้วย และต้องตัดหนี้สินเกษตรกรยากจน สอง รัฐบาลต้องปกป้องและสร้างงาน การสร้างงานที่สำคัญต้องเป็นรูปแบบโครงการขนาดใหญ่ เช่นการพัฒนารถไฟทุกสาย ทั่วประเทศ ให้เป็นรถไฟไฟฟ้าความเร็วสูง ต้องสร้างระบบขนส่งมวลชนในรูปแบบรถไฟเพิ่มในกรุงเทพฯ และเมืองใหญ่ๆ อย่างเชียงใหม่ ต้องสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตไฟฟ้าจากลมและแสงแดด ต้องสร้างโรงพยาบาลและโรงเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นฯลฯเป็นต้น โครงการเหล่านี้ต้องถูกกำกับดูแลโดยภาคประชาชนเพื่อไม่ให้มีการโกงกินหรือทำลายวิถีชีวิตประชาชน และเพื่อนำไปสู่ประโยชน์แท้สำหรับคนจน
ในโรงงานที่นายจ้างประกาศปิดหรือลดคนงาน รัฐบาลต้องเข้าไปยึดและร่วมถือหุ้นและลงทุนเพิ่ม โดยให้สหภาพแรงงานร่วมบริหารโรงงาน ต้องมีเงื่อนไขว่าห้ามเลิกจ้าง และต้องหันมาผลิตสิ่งจำเป็น เช่นในโรงงานรถยนต์ควรผลิตรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉิน หรือรถขนส่งมวลชนให้รัฐ ในโรงงานอีเลคโทรนิคส์ต้องผลิตคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับโรงเรียนรัฐบาลในชนบท และในโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าควรผลิตชุดนักเรียนเพื่อแจกฟรีให้กับประชาชน
ในภาคเกษตรรัฐต้องชักชวนให้เกษตรกรยากจนรวมตัวกันแบบสหกรณ์หรือนารวม ต้องไม่บังคับกัน แต่รัฐควรลงทุนซื้อเครื่องจักรและปุ๋ย และควรประกันราคาผลผลิตให้เกษตรกรกลุ่มนี้ เพื่อแจกจ่ายอาหารให้กับโรงเรียนหรือโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ
จะเอาเงินมาจากไหน? รัฐบาลไม่น่าจะขาดเงิน เพราะเราเห็นว่ามีเงินจัดพิธีสาธารณะอันใหญ่โตได้ รัฐสามารถลดงบประมาณทหารในส่วนที่ซื้ออาวุธหรือเครื่องบิน แต่ต้องปกป้องค่าจ้างของทหารยากจน ที่สำคัญคือรัฐบาลต้องเพิ่มการเก็บภาษีทางตรงกับคนรวยทุกคน โดยไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ พร้อมกระจายที่ดิน ในยามวิกฤตคนรวยต้องเสียสละเพื่อคนส่วนใหญ่ในชาติ ไม่ใช่เอาตัวรอดบนสันหลังคนจน

ผมขออ้างอิงคำพูดของคนขับรถแทคซี่คนหนึ่งในกรุงเทพฯ เพราะคนขับคนนี้สะท้อนความคิดของคนส่วนใหญ่ เขาบอกผมว่า "สำหรับคนข้างบนเขาพูดง่าย เรื่องพอเพียง ไปไหนก็มีคนโยนเงินให้เป็นกระสอบ แต่พวกเราต้องเลี้ยงครอบครัว จ่ายค่าเทอม เราไม่เคยพอ” ในแง่นี้จะเห็นว่าคนจนไม่น้อยมองว่าเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นคำพูดของคนชั้นบน เพื่อให้เรารู้จัก “พอ” (ไม่ขอเพิ่ม) ท่ามกลางความยากจน และเป็นคำพูดของคนที่ไม่เคยพอเพียงแบบคนจนเลยอีกด้วย ... บทความของอาจารย์ พอพันธ์ อุยยานนท์ (๒๕๔๙ สำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์กับบทบาทการลงทุนทางธุรกิจ ใน ผาสุก พงษ์ไพจิตร (บรรณาธิการ) “การต่อสู้ของทุนไทย” สำนักพิมพ์มติชน) แสดงให้เห็นว่าธุรกิจสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์มีการลงทุนกว่า 45 พันล้านบาท ไม่น่าจะเรียบง่ายอะไร ...แล้วพอเรามาดูค่าใช้จ่ายของวังต่างๆ ยิ่งเห็นชัด
ดังนั้น เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นลัทธิล้าหลังของคนชั้นสูงเพื่อสกัดกั้นการกระจายรายได้และสกัดกั้นการสร้างความเป็นธรรมในสังคม เป็นลัทธิเพื่อปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของคนที่รวยที่สุด และที่น่าปลื้มคือคนจนทั่วประเทศเข้าใจประเด็นนี้ ในขณะที่นักวิชาการและคนชั้นกลางยังหลงใหลกับลัทธิพอเพียงอยู่
สำหรับพระราชวัง ความพอเพียงหมายถึงการมีหลายๆ วัง และบริษัททุนนิยมขนาดใหญ่เช่นธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ สำหรับทหารเผด็จการความพอเพียงหมายถึงเงินเดือนสูงจากหลายแหล่ง และสำหรับเกษตรกรยากจนหมายถึงการเลี้ยงชีพด้วยความยากลำบากโดยไม่มีการลงทุนในระบบเกษตรสมัยใหม่
ขบวนการเอ็นจีโอ โดยเฉพาะสาย “ชุมชน” (ดูงาน อ.ฉัตรทิพย์ นาถสุภา) จะคิดกันว่าแนว “พอเพียง” สอดคล้องกับสิ่งที่เขาเสนอมานานเรื่องการปกป้องรักษาชุมชนให้อยู่รอดได้ท่ามกลางพายุของทุนนิยมโลกาภิวัตน์ แนวคิดชุมชนแบบนี้มองว่าเราควรหันหลังให้รัฐ ไม่สนใจตลาดทุนนิยมมากเกินไป พยายามสร้างความมั่นคงของชุมชนผ่านการพึ่งตนเอง ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนแบบมีน้ำใจและความเป็นธรรม หรือปฏิเสธบริโภคนิยม มันเพ้อฝัน หมดยุค(ถ้าเคยมียุค) แต่เขาหวังดี ไม่เหมือนพวกที่เสนอลัทธิพอเพียง
หลังรัฐประหาร 19 กันยา มีการนำ “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” ของพระราชวัง มาเป็นนโยบายเศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาล มรว. ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล รัฐมนตรีคลังคนแรกของ คมช. ในวันที่ 2 พ.ย. 49 อธิบายว่า... “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงหมายถึงอย่าขยายเกินกำลังทุนที่มี.... ให้พอดี... ไม่เกินตัว... เป็นแนวเศรษฐศาสตร์พุทธ.... ต้องมีการออม... การลดหนี้ครอบครัว..เป็นแนวสู่การพัฒนาแบบยั่งยืน” แต่พอเราอ่านรายละเอียดแล้วพยายามสรุป มันมีสาระเพียงว่า “อย่าทำให้พัง ล้มละลาย” แค่นั้น หรือ “ใครรวยจ่ายมากได้ ใครจนต้องจ่ายน้อย” เด็กอายุ4 ขวบคงคิดแบบนี้ได้ ไม่ต้องมีสมองใหญ่โต
ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล เสนออีกว่า “รัฐบาลให้ความสำคัญแก่เป้าหมายในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ.....การรักษาวินัยการเงินการคลังของภาครัฐ” “การใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับระบบเศรษฐกิจตลาดเสรีทำได้” และเราก็เห็นว่ารัฐบาล คมช. ผลักดันนโยบายเสรีนิยมสุดขั้วของกลุ่มทุนมากกว่าไทยรักไทยเสียอีก เช่นการนำมหาวิทยาลัยออกนอกระบบ การตัดงบประมาณสาธารณสุข การเพิ่มงบประมาณทหาร การผลักดัน FTA (สัญญาค้าเสรี) กับญี่ปุ่น หรือการเดินหน้าแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจรถไฟและไฟฟ้าเป็นต้น ในกรณีไทยรักไทย เขาทำนโยบายเสรีนิยมทั้งหมดดังกล่าวด้วย แต่คานมันโดยใช้นโยบายการเพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายรัฐ (แบบเคนส์) ในเรื่องกองทุนหมู่บ้าน หรือสาธารณูปโภค หรือ30บาทรักษาทุกโรค พูดง่ายๆ ไทยรักไทย ใช้นโยบายเศรษฐกิจคู่ขนาน ทั้งตลาดเสรีและรัฐนิยมพร้อมกัน
เราต้องฟันธงว่าลัทธิเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไม่มีเจตนาที่จะลดอำนาจกลุ่มทุนและอิทธิพลคนรวยแต่อย่างใด ตรงกันข้ามมันเป็นคำพูดที่พยายามหล่อลื้นการหันไปสนับสนุนตลาดเสรีของนายทุนใหญ่อย่างสุดขั้ว และรัฐธรรมนูญ คมช. ปี ๕๐ ก็ยืนยันสิ่งนี้
แล้วสาระของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีมากกว่านี้ไหม? เราถือว่าเป็นทฤษฏีเศรษฐกิจได้ไหม? วารสาร The Economist เขียนไว้ว่ามันเป็นความคิดเศรษฐศาสตร์ที่เหลวไหลเพ้อฝัน เพียงแต่ “ประทับตราราชวัง” เท่านั้น
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไม่เอ่ยอะไรที่เป็นรูปธรรมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องสำคัญๆ เช่นการใช้รัฐหรือการเน้นตลาดในการบริหารเศรษฐกิจ หรือวิธีกระจายรายได้ของประเทศ และไม่พูดถึงสวัสดิการหรือรัฐสวัสดิการเลย ในเรื่องวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจมีแต่จะเสนอให้คนจนไป “ยากจนแต่ยิ้ม” กับญาติในชนบท

ในที่สุดสิ่งที่จะสร้างความยั่งยืนและความพอเพียงแท้กับคนส่วนใหญ่คือการสร้างระบบรัฐสวัสดิการ และต่อจากนั้นต้องเดินหน้าสู่ “สังคมนิยม” ที่ยกเลิกการใช้กลไกตลาดในการแจกจ่ายผลผลิต หันมาใช้การวางแผนโดยชุมชนและประชาชนในลักษณะประชาธิปไตย และนำระบบการผลิตมาเป็นของกลาง บริหารโดยประชาชนเอง ซึ่งหมายความว่าต้องยกเลิกระบบชนชั้นที่บางคนรวยและควบคุมทุกอย่าง ในขณะที่คนส่วนใหญ่ยากจนและเป็นเพียงลูกจ้างหรือเกษตรกรยากจน

สรุปแล้วเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นลัทธิของคนชั้นบนที่รวยที่สุดในสังคม เพื่อกล่อมเกลาให้คนส่วนใหญ่ก้มหัวยอมรับสภาพความยากจน มันเป็นลัทธิของพวกที่ยังเชื่อว่าไทยเป็นทาส ไทยเป็นไพร่ และที่สำคัญ พวกนี้พยายามใช้กฎหมายหมิ่นฯและการปกปิดเสรีภาพ เพื่อไม่ให้เราวิจารณ์ลัทธิที่อับจนอันนี้

แต่ผมเชื่อว่าคนส่วนใหญ่ไม่โง่ หูตาสว่างแล้ว เข้าใจเรื่องนี้ได้ดี... และนั้นคือสิ่งที่พวกข้างบนกลัวที่สุด!

ถ้าเราไม่สามารถใช้ลัทธิเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงได้ ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน เราจะมีข้อเสนออะไร?

(2) ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจนี้ กรรมกรและนักสังคมนิยมต้องมีจุดยืนแบบไหน?
ข้อเสนอขององค์กรเลี้ยวซ้าย
ถึงเวลาแล้วที่นักสหภาพแรงงาน และนักเคลื่อนไหวทั่วไป ต้องตื่นตัวกับปัญหาอันใหญ่หลวงที่มาจากวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจโลก เราต้องหยุดพูดถึงการปลดคนงานว่าเป็น “แค่การฉวยโอกาสของนายจ้าง” หยุดพูดกันได้แล้วว่ามาตรการสำหรับคนตกงานควรจะเป็น “การฝึกฝีมือ” เพราะจะไปฝึกทำอะไร ในเมื่อไม่มีงานทำ?

สิ่งที่รัฐบาลต้องทำคือ
• เร่งกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจภายในด้วยโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ และการลงทุนในระบบการศึกษาและโรงพยาบาล
• เร่งกระตุ้นกำลังซื้อภายในประเทศ ด้วยการเพิ่มรายได้ให้คนจน โดยการยกเลิกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และเพิ่มอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำให้ถึงวันละ 300 บาท ... เงิน 2000 บาทที่รัฐบาลจะให้บางคนเป็นเรื่องดี แต่ไม่เพียงพอที่จะช่วยคนจนและกระตุ้นกำลังซื้อ
• รีบระดมรายได้เข้ารัฐจากการเพิ่มภาษีรายได้ และภาษีทรัพย์สินฯลฯกับคนรวย ซึ่งควรจะเสียสละเพื่อปกป้องเศรษฐกิจชาติ
• ถ้ารัฐช่วยเหลือบริษัทเอกชนด้วยเงินของเรา รัฐต้องมีเงื่อนไขว่าบริษัทเหล่านั้นจะต้องไม่เลิกจ้างคนงาน
• รัฐต้องขยายสวัสดิการตกงานให้ครอบคลุมทุกคนที่ตกงานโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข และขยายเวลาออกไปให้เขาได้รับเงินสองปี

ทำไมมันเป็นวิกฤตจริงในไทย
ในวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจของระบบทุนนิยมโลกปัจจุบัน ผลกระทบที่เริ่มเห็นในประเทศไทยมาจากการที่ตลาดส่งออกสินค้าไทยหดตัวลงทั่วโลกอย่างน่าใจหาย เพราะเศรษฐกิจอเมริกา ยุโรป ญี่ปุ่น และแม้แต่จีนหดตัวและอยู่ในสภาพวิกฤต นอกจากนี้บริษัทข้ามชาติที่ลงทุนสร้างโรงงานในไทย มีปัญหาทางด้านการเงิน จนมีการลดหรือยกเลิกการลงทุน โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และอีเลคโทรนิคซ์ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อไปเป็นลูกโซ่ต่อบริษัทเล็กๆ ที่เกี่ยวพันธ์กัน ลองคิดดูซิ บริษัทข้ามชาติใหญ่ๆ ในอเมริกาและญี่ปุ่นถึงขั้นล้มละลาย ระบบธนาคารถึงขั้นที่รัฐบาลตะวันตกจะเข้าไปยึดเป็นของรัฐ พร้อมกันนั้นจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามาในประเทศและสร้างงานและรายได้ให้ชาติ ได้หดตัวลงอย่างน่าใจหายอีก เนื่องจากการกระทำของพันธมิตรฯ และการที่คนต่างประเทศไม่มีเงินมาเที่ยวเมืองไทย
สาเหตุของวิกฤตโลก
สาเหตุของวิกฤตทุนนิยมโลกรอบนี้มาจากการที่อัตรากำไรในระบบ มีแนวโน้มลดลงเสมอ อันเนื่องมาจากกลไกตลาดและการแข่งขันเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยการลงทุนในเครื่องจักร นี่คือสิ่งที่ คาร์ล มาร์คซ์ ค้นพบนานแล้ว และเขียนบรรยายไว้ในหนังสือ “ว่าด้วยทุน” ก่อนที่จะเกิดวิกฤตรอบนี้ รัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกาพยายามพยุงอัตรากำไรและเศรษฐกิจ ด้วยการปล่อยกู้ให้คนจน โดยที่การซื้อสินค้าของคนจนได้กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในระยะสั้น แต่ก่อให้เกิดหนี้เสียมหาศาลจนระบบธนาคารทั่วโลกพัง เมื่อระบบธนาคารพังบริษัทใหญ่ๆ กู้เงินไม่ได้ ก็มีการเลิกจ้างคนงาน ซึ่งทำให้เกิดวงจรอุบาทว์ของการหดตัวของเศรษฐกิจ วิกฤตโลกครั้งนี้พอๆ กับยุค ๒๔๗๕

ข้อสรุปสำคัญจากข้อมูลนี้คือ
• กลไกตลาดเสรีของทุนนิยมสร้างปัญหาเสมอ เราต้องใช้รัฐควบคุมตลาด และต้องสร้างรัฐสวัสดิการ
• ระบบทุนนิยมไม่สามารถเป็นหลักประกันความมั่นคงในชีวิตของประชาชนโลกได้ เราต้องสร้างสังคมนิยมในระยะยาว
• ในระยะสั้นรัฐบาลทุกประเทศต้องกระตุ้นตลาดภายในอย่างเร่งด่วน และต้องปกป้องคนจากการตกงาน

เมื่อเจ็ดสิบปีมาแล้ว นักเศรษฐศาสตร์ชื่อ จอห์น เมนาร์ด เคนส์ ได้อธิบายไปท่ามกลางวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจโลกค.ศ. 1930 ว่า การรักษาวินัยทางการคลังหรือการตัดงบประมาณ (สูตรที่พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ พันธมิตร และนักวิชาการเสรีนิยมท่องเหมือนนกแก้ว) จะนำไปสู่การหดตัวของเศรษฐกิจและวิกฤตที่ร้ายแรงขึ้นอีก เพราะมีการตกงาน คนตกงานซื้อสินค้าไม่ได้ ก็นำไปสู่คนตกงานมากขึ้น และความยากจนทั่วไป ดังนั้นสิ่งที่สำคัญคือรัฐบาลต้องเพิ่มกำลังซื้อของประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ ด้วยการสร้างงานและปกป้องไม่ให้คนตกงาน
การเพิ่มกำลังซื้อของประชาชนคนจนทำได้สองวิธีคือ หนึ่ง เพิ่มอัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต่ำให้ถึงวันละ 300 บาท พร้อมกับลดหรือยกเลิกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มที่คนจนต้องจ่าย ต้องเพิ่มเงินเดือนข้าราชการและรัฐวิสาหกิจด้วย และต้องตัดหนี้สินเกษตรกรยากจน สอง รัฐบาลต้องปกป้องและสร้างงาน การสร้างงานที่สำคัญต้องเป็นรูปแบบโครงการขนาดใหญ่ เช่นการพัฒนารถไฟทุกสาย ทั่วประเทศ ให้เป็นรถไฟไฟฟ้าความเร็วสูง ต้องสร้างระบบขนส่งมวลชนในรูปแบบรถไฟเพิ่มในกรุงเทพฯ และเมืองใหญ่ๆ อย่างเชียงใหม่ ต้องสร้างโรงไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตไฟฟ้าจากลมและแสงแดด ต้องสร้างโรงพยาบาลและโรงเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นฯลฯเป็นต้น โครงการเหล่านี้ต้องถูกกำกับดูแลโดยภาคประชาชนเพื่อไม่ให้มีการโกงกินหรือทำลายวิถีชีวิตประชาชน และเพื่อนำไปสู่ประโยชน์แท้สำหรับคนจน
ในโรงงานที่นายจ้างประกาศปิดหรือลดคนงาน รัฐบาลต้องเข้าไปยึดและร่วมถือหุ้นและลงทุนเพิ่ม โดยให้สหภาพแรงงานร่วมบริหารโรงงาน ต้องมีเงื่อนไขว่าห้ามเลิกจ้าง และต้องหันมาผลิตสิ่งจำเป็น เช่นในโรงงานรถยนต์ควรผลิตรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉิน หรือรถขนส่งมวลชนให้รัฐ ในโรงงานอีเลคโทรนิคส์ต้องผลิตคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับโรงเรียนรัฐบาลในชนบท และในโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าควรผลิตชุดนักเรียนเพื่อแจกฟรีให้กับประชาชน
ในภาคเกษตรรัฐต้องชักชวนให้เกษตรกรยากจนรวมตัวกันแบบสหกรณ์หรือนารวม ต้องไม่บังคับกัน แต่รัฐควรลงทุนซื้อเครื่องจักรและปุ๋ย และควรประกันราคาผลผลิตให้เกษตรกรกลุ่มนี้ เพื่อแจกจ่ายอาหารให้กับโรงเรียนหรือโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ
จะเอาเงินมาจากไหน? รัฐบาลไม่น่าจะขาดเงิน เพราะเราเห็นว่ามีเงินจัดพิธีสาธารณะอันใหญ่โตได้ รัฐสามารถลดงบประมาณทหารในส่วนที่ซื้ออาวุธหรือเครื่องบิน แต่ต้องปกป้องค่าจ้างของทหารยากจน ที่สำคัญคือรัฐบาลต้องเพิ่มการเก็บภาษีทางตรงกับคนรวยทุกคน โดยไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ พร้อมกระจายที่ดิน ในยามวิกฤตคนรวยต้องเสียสละเพื่อคนส่วนใหญ่ในชาติ ไม่ใช่เอาตัวรอดบนสันหลังคนจน

I believe that the lack of insights before marriage, the exaggeration of the pornographic materials, and the boasting stories could all contributed to either the unrealistic expectations, mania, or lack of consideration on the sex partner's feeling. Women are not at their performance peek in their 30s, since they can perform at anytime in life, they are however much more hornier at that age. There seems to be some confusion between ability and performance. A male is at peak ability around the age of 18 years old and a woman at around 30 years old. From what i have been told by my Thai wife, a lot of Thai men are not interested in the woman, She was married before and it was a case of he wanted it, she got it and counted the cracks in the ceiling, while he was performing. MJDP has got it right, communication. Talk about what you both enjoy, want from each other, taboos and no-go's and your sex life will improve vastly.

RE c10: the probability of acheiving orgasm relative to the amount of sex one has had with a partner might be bellshaped of course.. meaning that in the very beginning it is hard to get an orgasm with a new guy, and then it gets easier, and then because of too much familiarity, boredom etc... it might become harder and harder..

I think the research is wrong unless they indicate the difference between married women and single women. It will probably be true for the ones who are married as most Thai men or men will perform as a job after a few years of marriage where single women will probably be easier to archive orgasm with different mate they choose.
