$3.1 Trillion Budget

The best thing about the U.S.'s first ever $3 trillion budget proposal is also for the first time 3,000 copies normally printed and given to Congress was halted and the entire budget is available on line at http://www.budget.gov for all to see and debate forces Congress to use the internet for information too.Some highlights are promoting a strong defence and tax cuts to spur the economy.
