Give the scout a due respect

It is frustrating to see many organisations in Thailand wearing the scout scarf during the activities. Though, the scarfs of the scouts did not aptent, however, it seems that Thailand is the country that would have that kind of scarf worn at the activies, for example, a music camp.

I was not awared till i recalled that a teacher asked my friend who was wearing a scout unform from other country,

"Are you a scout ? "

Isn't that scarf told the story ? But park rangers also wear it. :((

Is Thai scouting members so ignorant about it ? Nope, it is certainly not. With the successful jamboree held few years ago and lately the

Scouts of the World Workshop held in Thailand

This all said that Thai scouting activities are in the fore-running if compared to the neigbouring countries.

What Chinese kids wear the 'little collar read scarf' is not the same as it has a rich history to the struggles and at the same time, China has no scouting organisation.

You can get the full list of countries at http://www.scout.org

may someone tell the Presidents of Scout Oragnisations of AEAN to be more aware of the logo of scouting.
