It is frustrating to see many organisations in Thailand wearing the scout scarf during the activities. Though, the scarfs of the scouts did not aptent, however, it seems that Thailand is the country that would have that kind of scarf worn at the activies, for example, a music camp.I was not awared till i recalled that a teacher asked my friend who was wearing a scout unform from other country,"A....
