I got a "B" in Maths at school, but last week when covering the absent Maths teacher for a grade 9 class, I remembered just how bad I am with mathematics these days :-)So help me clear up my confusion over the numbers in these queries:1) My copy of the constitution says the Thai parliament was to consist of 400 seats. 320 by FPP and 8- by PR. However, the new parliament now has 480 seats. ....
