Scorned Wall Street Women Turn to Stripper Poles

It was recently reported in the New York Post that some professional women in New York who lost their jobs in the crisis are turning to gentlemen's clubs in droves. Upscale Manhattan clubs are hiring more "talent" than ever and receiving dozens of applications a week.

In a down economy, these dancers are making six-figure incomes annually, and work only three to four nights a week. They said the working conditions are better than in Wall Street investment banks . . .

"It was very odd seeing a strip club being better run than a major brokerage firm, not to mention I've never had problems with sexual harassment at Rick's," former Morgan Stanley analyst Randi Newton said.
