Bangkok Cinema Scene special: Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi back for a second week

The current No 1 Bollywood film, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (Match Made in Heaven), is back in Bangkok cinemas for a second weekend after its big worldwide opening last week.

Shahrukh Khan stars in this story about the transformation of a soberly dressed middle-aged man who falls in love with a fun-loving younger woman (Anushka Sharma), and the pair then enter a reality-TV dance show.

Critics are raving, calling it one of Shahrukh's best performances yet.

It's also been a boost for India after the Mumbai terror attacks and for producer Yash Raj.

It has grossed around US$12.5 million worldwide.
