Some said it is the parents' choice .They like to see the white colour skin shimmering in the hot sun. Others said that it is the immigration department did not change the rules and even some accuse that it is the MOE of Thailand that wanted the white skin because the officers can only meet the white who speak English. Well, is SA a native speaker of English ?
