Mobile phone in High School

It is shocked to learn that many high schools in Thailand are allowing the pupils to use the mobile phones in the school without the MOE green light.

The reason is the pupils are very tired. They need to relax and have a chat or listen to the MP3 or local FM stations.

To these schools' adminstrators, it is hard to describe their inabilities in managing the schools. At the same time, they have betrayed their profession as educators.
