Helping farangs to speak better Thai

Have you noticed that some farang struggle to pronounce Thai words well? Or are you a farang who has struggled to read from a menu in Thailand written in Roman script? “Last week I went to Suvarnaboomee Airport on my way to Fooket and Coe Samui for a weekend drinking Singer Beer.”Some of my Thai friends call it karaoke Thai. Do farangs try to understand Thai culture and customs?

Super Tuesday: super tedious

Now of course, I am English and we English chaps are not known for our sense of fun, excitement, entertainment and exaggeration. We prefer understatement, moderation, stiff upper lip and good sense over exuberance and self elevation.We don't want our every comment and opinion to be heard by people in however a distant and detached a corner of the crowded restaurant which, by dint of misfortune, they....
