Quit Smoking--does willpower alone help?

Willpower. Does willpower alone help if one wants to quit smoking?I say, yes---if one really wants to stop smoking. IF he or she WANTS to stop smoking. Very simple. Smoking---quit option

I haven't given much thoughts on this when I was living in Thailand. How do Thais or whoever living in Thailand quit smoking, well, besides the obvious one--cold turkey?Maybe I never looked in a drug store in Thailand, but do smokers use Nicotin patches, anti-anxiety pills, group meetings, etc? I just wonder.Here in the US, Chantix is another big option. Chantix contains Varenicline, which helps blo....

Tattoo

I have a tattoo of a side of a unicorn's head on the right side of my lower back. This particular unicorn has a bright blue eye and that is pretty much it. There is no other colors or complicated graphic--just a plain/ simple unicorn.I got this tattoo done when I was 22 years old after at least 7 years of serious pondering.Like any other people out there who had been debating I had been spending year....

A Flaw of the Nation Weblog--a constructive criticism

Many bloggers have mentioned this very similar comment before. I didn't hit me as an obvious hardship until tonight when a flaw of the Nation Weblog has hit me.No biggie, really. I figure I want to say it out loud as a constructive criticism to make this a better blog site....hopefully.In the past 3 days, I went out of town to see my boyfriend's family for Christmas. I didn't touch a computer at all ....
