Tom Yum Chicken Soup

Ingredrients includes chicken, onion, coconut milk, chilli paste (nam prik pao)lemon grass, kaffir leaves, galangal, chilli and lime.

Put these herbs into boiling water.

Add onions.

Add chicken.

Add chilli paste.

Add fish sauce.

Add coconut milk.

I use my "kumquat" grown in my garden, instead of lime. The taste is more exotic! That is a bottle filled with squeezed kumquats kept in my fridge.

Add chilli.

Some corriander leaves.

HAVE A SAFE AND DELICIOUS HOLIDAY.

Looks more like masamun, my favorite. Maybe it's because it's 'kon' not 'si'; you use nam prik poaw too? Ah yes chili paste!

have you set out another plate yet?

Naive-I think it's less troublesome by calling 1112? From what I've noticed, their pizzas are quite good.

YB-They like the sun. Are they getting enough sun? You need lots of water and once in a while, some fertilizers, whichever will do. I have 2 big ones, so I can actually rotate them since they don't ripe at the same time.

I also have a kumquat tree in a very big terracotta pot on the deck (have to keep it in the garage during winter) but it never gives me even a fruit!!!!

Pan, how do you take care of it? Could you please give me a tip?
