Since it was made from Thailand, factory located near my house too; it was quite cheap. My delicious fried rice from the last bowl of rice with my left over fried chicken.Fry chopped chinese sausages with oil.Other ingredients includes, chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, sliced vegetables, some corn and 2 beaten eggs.Put fried chinese sausages aside. I made this dish a month ago, when price of pork was only Bht. 100.- per kilo. Today they cost Bht. 130.- per kilo, and with the invasion of swine flu, I think the price will go down very soon.Does the H1N1 virus affect people consuming pork these days? Delicious looking fried chicken drumsticks with Thai herbs.You should marinate these drumsticks with salted butter, some fresh milk, salt and pepper.  Wrap them up and leave it in the fridge overnight. Prepare sliced shallots, kamfir leaves, garlic and sliced lemongrass.Fry them with low heat.Don't forget to drain out the oil.Fry these drumsticks.Placed fried crispy herbs over fried chicken and ready....
