Competitive instinct

Almost a month i haven't blog.

Was feeling i write enough for daily emails.
Plus lots of things to run and get it done...

Some might think organizing a  league. 10 weeks  league.
Sound not a big deal..  I was thinking that way too.

I did few of one day tournament and it's all fine.
But league is something different.
More time to commit.. more stuff to think about.
And most thing I just do it by myself.

Getting people to commit 10 weeks league is not easy.
To get the right field with the good light is hard to get too.
Luckily there's a large UK football club school with good grass field in the city.
Even it's sort of expensive we need to pay for the better field and light.

When come to the team selection.. It's now the hardest part to do.
I source it out by skill level.. one by one.
And try to make every team equal by skill.

Not every team equal skill actually.. never could be...

And finally we made 4 teams

Have to rank people skills and average into each team..

After have the name list.. Teams form seems fine.
But when we play first game..
We assume the fun fact in each team different.

One team sounds very strong by most good player
but mix with very new one that can ruin the game anytime

One  team are hight average skill player.
But they are the people who think they are better than they really are.

Then a team with good skill but lower confident people
with a few good skill veteran

Last team with most are middle skill  people..
but more in spirit and cheerful habit

Which team will win?

Until the final game we will know.

At least we have competitive games go on..

And it's much more fun than the 'Let's just play"  games
and all for the competitive instinct inside us..

"The peaceful Ultimate Players"

to Keep 'em flyin'

For the huck and lay out ^^

Naive : Good luck with everything.

I sense a beginning to something great. May be a national team?

Who knows... it might become an olympic sport!
