Fort Hood Shooting: Has America Reached a Level of "Over Streessed."

By now, I am sure most would have already heard or read about the shoot out in Fort Hood Texas which a US army psychiartist Major Hasan, shot and killed 13 persons and woulded about 30 others. Hasan had until then been in charge of psychiartically helping reducing stresses for armed personnels returning from middle east and Afghanistan, has appeared by all indication to have caused the tragedy out o....
