In Sichuan, China, there is a proverb that said, "The Sichuan puppies barking at the sun." I never understand that until I spent a little over two years there in the mountains of Chonqing, Sichuan.In Sichuan, according to the history, it could rain and rain alternating with heavy foggy days for months at a time. Film Critic: The King and I (1956)

When I first got the VDO tape of this movie in Thailand, I had to turn down the sound and draw the curtains in order not to bring trouble from local police because this version of the movie directed by Walter Lang. With Deborah Kerr, Yul Brynner, and Rita Moreno was banned in Thailand. In fact, I was more interested in finding out about where and how that film might have showed any disrespect agains....

Free Californian Indians, Support Independent California!

In 1846, there wre 6,000 Spanish Mexicans in California comparing with the 200,000 Californian Indians who had lived there for centuries. Any concession of California from Mexico to the U.S. is illegal. Thus, Clifornia must be returned to the Indians and their status as an independent state be respected as similar legisations proposed recently by Nancy Pelosi in US congress.A Brief History of U.S. ....

Lets Support the Alaskan Indians Independent Alaska!

Unlike Tibet which has a solid historical records of being a part of China for at least 1500 years until the term "independent Tibet" was created by CIA in 1951-1959. If Pelosi and her fellow American are really kind human like they tried to present themselves. Let's take a look at a much more recent case in their own backyard.
