I enjoyed reading the old Chinese Novel, "A Tale of the Three Kingdom," not because I like Zhugeliang, or support Cao Cao, rather because I like to see the exercise of wisdoms and intelligence. Thus, I am citing this case here entirely to discuss the innovative idea employed in face of a planned international PR trap.This must have been one of the most innovative and the newest way to deal....
