The court has already sentence Samak Sundaravej to a two years jail term.  So what on earth is this convicted criminal doing in the Thai government?By seizing the position of the prime minister, Samak has abused his power to delay the reading of the judgment in appeal court of his case.  He even announced that he would further appeal the case to the supreme court if he lost in the appeal court. . . .....

Whether or not Samak is a criminal depends on the judgment of the court of law.  At this point, his status is a convicted criminal in an apealing process.  Until and unless there is any change in his verdict, his status is a criminal already being sentence to two years of jail.  By this, he has no qualification to be a Thai prime minister.  That's the point.  Thus, he must be ousted.Since the cabinet....
