Recently I have been doing some research into the joys of food sanitation.
What it comes to Thai street food, it is obvious most basic precautions
to prevent food borne illnesses are not taken--from hand washing/dish
washing and cross contamination to refrigeration and cooking procedures.
From personal experience, I have to say that I have very rarely gotten
