Comment 8. You are up against "freedom of speech", also most food scientists can't make their mind up. Remember "Go to work on an egg"? Then suddenly eggs were full of cholesterol, you should only eat 2 per week, then their was risk of salmonella and bird flue, currently they contain essential amino acids and we should eat one a day. Basically lay off sugar, go easy on salt unless you sweat a lot, cut down on saturated fats. Everything else is just window dressing for the "healthy eating" industry.

c6, "Does she have any scientific knowledge..." I want to expand on this subject. The specific area I want to talk about is on health and diet. Man, you see talks and writings in media from all kinds of celebrities and columnists on this subject. Yeah, they write good - to me, that is it and not that much that I should believe and follow. But this is not the case for most of the people including my wife....I am now eating shitty food cooked by my wife. I think the scientific societies need to put some kind of restraint on these self-professed professionals!

The last time I saw Tata when she was interviewed after her Macau concert, she seemed to know nothing or cared about what's going on in Thailand. Now she cares more about climate change. Well, what can I say?
