Today I decided to take some time off my work schedule to have lunch with my gf - I usually do not have much time for lunch unless it is with a client so I told her it would be a dash in dash out lunch and she could stay on shopping but I had to go. The only 2 hotels I would stay in while I am in Bangkok is the Shangri-la and The Ascott @ Sathorn. Shangri-la is my all time favourite chain of hotels - whenever I travel, this is the hotel the company would book into or I would book into. Krungtep wings are located adjacent to the main Shangri-la building - facing the ever famous choa phraya river. For about 4000 - 5000 baht a night with a buffet b....
