While reading the article quoted below in The Nation web site today I asked myself what is going on in the Thai government these days.  The courts keep issuing arrest warrants for this and that person but they never follow up those warrants with any concrete action.  So, the courts issue these warrants as a matter of procedure without caring about their being carried out by the police.  It appears th....
