Americans cant be stupid 3 times in a row.....can they?

I think most people living outside the good ole US of A will conclude that most of the economic mess the western world is in today, mostly stems from the fact that THEY the American people voted a monkey into the white house, whose only aim in life was to destroy Saddam Hussain because "he tried ta kill ma daddy".

We all know the consequencs of putting a monkey in charge of a country.

Today on TV I saw footage of  Senator Mc Cain struggling to get out of a golf cart with George Bush Snr. Later I saw footage of Mc Cain giving a speech with his wife (whose face defies the norms of skin stretching) standing behind him.

As I recall him getting out of the golf cart. As I hear him say "we will stay in Iraq for a hundred years if necessary'. As I see a sad ad for a potential first lady standing behind him I say to myself;

Surely it's a foregone conclusion that Senator Obama will be the next USA president. There is no way on earth that the majority of sensible people could possibly elect an ancient war mongerer and have the world laugh at them again ....is there??

And then I came back to reality. Of course they can...they are the wannabe police of the planet......of course they can they have done it over the last 8 years.....and of course they can........after all they are Americans.......nothing more to be said.

I agree with c3 of MamaSan.

I quote:

Lee said that Obama won the nomination because he had a team of advisers who helped him strategize.
"Does that make a man who will bring change to the world? I hope he has a team that knows how to bring change to the world," Lee (LKY) said.

My kids would certainly vote for Obama without my intervention! I need to intervene. That's what I can say.

It's really pretty bad when Germany has to give America a hint at which way to vote.

I see Mc Cain had a photo opportunity with the old boys at the legion.

MamaSan - Understood.

I don't know if Obama can deliver, all I know is that what he talks his policies are far different from those of GWB.

Even another monkey with different policies would be good enough I should think.

I think the problem with all the major powers in the world is that too more power become given to one individual. One American cannot speak for 280 million Americans anymore than one Chinese man can speak for 1 billion Chinese.
Felix will probably bite my head off but I cannot honestly see countries Like America, Russia and China as democratic countries.

Catch22.

You should also ask yourself, in a country of about 280 million people (and that's a lot of people), is Barack Obama REALLY the best one of two people?

He may be a good speaker, but can he really deliver? He talks the walk, but can he really walk the talk? I have my serious doubt! Very serious.

This really screws my head up.

In a country of about 280 million people (and that's a lot of people), is John McCain REALLY the best one of two people?

What atre the rest like???
