There are no real enforcing rule for the buildings in BKK.

In the past, I have heard the news about enforcing the rule for buildings in Bangkok in order to prevent disaster from the earthquake.At present, I think the officer did not work continously and they did not be seriously. Some buildings was been extended one or two floors without controlling by the engineer.For example, two building near my friend's office, the first building just have been extende....
