He should step down and let the democrats to set up a new government. Like or not, it is the only opposition party. Democrat government will oversee Thaksin's trials while manage the economy in crisis. I think their job was not so bad in Tom Yam Kun although most of the credit for the recovary went to Thaksin and his economic team. They will be in the office for a year and so and if PPP is still alive, they can try again. But I think this will never heappen, like the world governmetn is never realized even though everyone knows that is the best senario.

Samak will hang on until the last minute in his post, only change some ministers as another " chewing gum ".
Cornered finally, dissolve the parliament.
No face to take care of, now.
He will wait until Thaksin moves generals successfully. Failed though no problem,,, at this age.
