Everything went smoothly and Thailand gave China their big seal of approval - which is their perogative.
What happened to the microphone's at the opening speeches....pretty embarrassing eh?

It's too late to do any protests. The event has come and gone. At any rate, one cannot expect much from a nation of slaves with no backbones, even as its exalted foreign minister prostrate himself like a whore in front of the Communists overlords.

China was once a nation of slaves, when the warlords ruled over the country and the peasants has nothing. This is exactly the situation with Thailand today, only the bad and the ugly politicians and government misfits have replaced the warlords.

When the Communists took over power in China, their national anthem started out wih these words "Get up (or wake up), do not be a nation of slaves . . ."

Perhaps Thailand needs to be overwhelmed by the Communists to teach the people how and why they also should wake up and not continue to be a nation of slaves.

As I said in my blog. If you want to protest, do it peacefully.
When the torch and the cameras come - turn your back on the event. The World news media will notice,so will China.

I actually don't know much about the tibet issue.. If I were to protest anything it would be the jail time handed to the human rights activist a few weeks ago.
I'll just take pictures.

Do not need to blow off the flame, but tag the message, "Thai people do not approve PRC's invasion of Tibet", keeping the prostitute diplomats away from the torch.
