Lillypad, the floating city of I believe many people say “yes” to my question. It is not a new thing or new concept of living on the Earth if you ever heard of Noah’s boat story. . . “Award-winning architect Vincent Callebaut has designed a self-sustainable " “Humans haven't gained control of their carbon emissions. The earth has warmed up. The oceans have risen. Millions of ecological refugees have nowhere to go. Unless, of course, they had the foresight to build Lilypads” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuFrn2PTKCU .
. It was the root of Lillypad, problem of living on the Earth. First time I found it was last month. It was so fabulous, amazing, and stunning idea. House for 50,000 people is not small at all. How to build the floating city, how much it costs, and how people livie in the 50000 people community, I wondered.
Anyhow, looking the picture made me feel positive to the future. There are some people keep think about future, long term problems and trying to find best solution for future of humankind though it may end up to be just “a rich man toy” . .
. . .
. . Think is easier than done. Hope I am still alive on Earth when this lovely Lilly first –time under the sea…^^
