| It has now been well reported in the BBC and elsewhere, including the Nation, that professor Albus Dumbledore of Harry Potter fame is gay. What I thought was most wonderful about all this, from the reports and comments I've seen from people on the street, is its stunning unimportance. It's an interesting detail about Dumbledore, like his fondness for lemon sherbets, and not much more important to peo.... |
