Mrs Laura Bush’s statement on Burma

The White House
Office of the First Lady

Statement By Mrs. Laura Bush

The deplorable acts of violence being perpetrated against Buddhist monks and peaceful Burmese demonstrators shame the military regime. Tens of thousands of Burmese are turning to the streets to demand their freedom—and the country’s military dictatorship has countered with horrifying abuses. Non-violent demonstrations by Buddhist monks and nuns have been met with tear gas, smoke grenades, baton beatings, and automatic weapons. The regime admits to killing 10 people, but unofficial reports suggest the number is much higher. Getting reliable information in and out of Burma is a challenge as cell phones have been seized and telephone lines slashed. Burmese bloggers and citizen journalists are being silenced. The U.N. has dispatched its special envoy on Burma, Ibrahim Gambari. He must be allowed to meet with demonstrating monks and Burma’s democratically elected leader, Aung San Suu Kyi. President Bush calls on all nations, especially those nations closest to Burma that have the most influence with the regime, to support the aspirations of the Burmese people, and to join in condemning the junta’s use of violence on its own people. Seeing Burma through a peaceful democratic transition is in all nations’ best interest. The United States stands with the people of Burma. We support their demands for basic human rights: freedom of speech, worship, and assembly. We cannot—and will not—turn our attention from courageous people who stand up for democracy and justice.

world is watching and watching, peace talk, are nothing to change anything and effective to junta and now almost 20 years.

Therefore must be Terminate to Junta force by UNSC and established reconciliation between Junta, opposition party and all ethnic to words demarcated guide by UN. So that every one can be follow up for which we issue Action is louder than Words to words dialogue may effective to Burma and restore to country stability, security, economics and etc. More over good impact to Asia Regional and world community as well.
Everyone knew that there have many times instances of silent killings happening with impunity. This is one of the most horrific wrongdoings by Junta. Union understand point of calling

They try to raise to organize and discuss to others hand for terminate by force and by UNSC. It’s terminate meaning is not by weapon to weapon. Terminate by UN peace mission go down to Burma by special force power backed under UNSC agenda.

Terminate word is more effective for Junta. Otherwise they are always sucking by many ways to people. Our duty is this word hand over to those groups and louder by them.
I understand, no much harshest words to swear at SPDC, but time was long time being, how many years our country’s people and generation have been paid?
if you see SPDC one of the stakeholders of our democratization, stop using them as they were, as they are, they are no more any longer human beings, they are inhuman
But we should look into the fact that they are one of the stakeholders
When you look back our history, they never give up nor give in any liberal way the People of Burma can enjoy but now they are swaying, they are weakening actually, definitely, absolutely. so they are doing the same thing as before, taking the time
But still doing the same before continue oppression on the People of Burma
Please note again what I mean any stakeholders in any process should be reviewed,
Anyhow, could you support on “Action as louder than words, negotiate progress."
Please. If we look into our democratization process, every one may trust on nothing to do with outside any powers. My self view points is outside power is more effective to progress for inside condition for Junta. However. By its own people, on its own people …. It’s you know and every one knew, can see present situation in Burma Military inner cycle, found that many top officers don’t wish to follows and refuse crackdown with force to killing order by top leader.
