The pleasure of jogging!

So good! I was covered in sweat after 2.6 km jogging: wet hair, wet skin, exhausted but feel so good!

I love physical exercise, and jogging is my favorite. Jogging gives me back my senses especially when I am full of stress. When I do jogging, the environment changes every moment and my senses are continuously being alerted. My soul can see, hear, and smell the world. My sweat drip and my tension release. By sticking to doing jogging ever day, I feel energetic all the time so that I will not be overwhelmed by my heavy burden of study especially during exam period. Jogging is also very useful for my character-training. I may learn about such virtues as unselfishness, courage, discipline, determination and perseverance.

What's more, I can make friends through jogging. I get to know many Thai friends in stadium because we do jogging regularly. Sometimes we run together, sometimes they teach me another kind of Thai sport--"Bamboo Ball?" *_*

This is the pleasure of jogging!

Rabbit who became a puppy: I wish you had a real name... ^^

I love jogging.
It makes me forget about everything.
About this,
About that...

My feet travel over the belt,
My head, moving up and down,
My eyes, focused somewhere between here and there,
My body, not going anywhere.

Ha... ha... I can't run anymore...
Hoo... ho... I want to hit the shower...
Wait... Just one more Kilometer,
I've done this before...

Where am I?
Did I collapse and die?
Did I die and go to heaven?
I feel like I can fly!

Back to Earth...
Last hundred meter.
My legs switch back and forth.
It's time to hit the shower.

I used to run 4 Km on running machines... like a hamster, running very fast, but going nowhere.

I hated it at first, but later, I got used to it, and even liked it. It helps you practice your 'invisibility skill'.

If you are in a fitness club, with lots of hot looking girls running on the mill beside you, and you are the 'shy type', it really makes you want to disappear... you know what I mean?

I felt VERY uncomfortable running like that... But later, I learned to make myself disappear, and transport myself to the running scene in 'Forest Gump' movie.

When you jog, it's difficult to think about anything else besides breathing and looking at where you are going.

May be in the beginning, you might be able to think about this and that while you jog, but once you start to run out of breath and start pouring sweat from top to the bottom, you really don't have the luxury of thinking about anything else.

And you have to really concentrate on breathing and jogging if you don't want to collapse in the middle of the route... So all your effort goes to doing just ONE thing, jogging, and all your senses are working just for one purpose, again, jogging. And when you are concentrated and focused on ONE thing, and you succeed, you can really feel and think clearly... It's an amazing feeling...
